This citywide program offers assistance in the form of vouchers up to $400 for paint and materials to homeowners and tenants who paint the exteriors of their homes. Income eligibility guidelines must be met for this first come, first served program. 

Refunds are available to qualifying applicants only through the City of Cleveland, Division of Neighborhood Services and the Paint Program Manager.  Please call 216-664-2045 for more information about receiving a refund.
